Winter Practicality
Community jacket | American Apparel tights | Laurentian Chief moccasins
Central Falls was hit by a cruel blizzard and the only practical outfit for a -35 degree type of weather consists of duck-down coats and furry moccasins (although my Sorels might have been a better choice). This Community jacket from Aritzia is probably the best jacket that I have ever had. This jacket is earth friendly, down-filled, has a removal trim fur, has an inner multi-media pocket, has an ear phone loop, has heavy duty snaps, has cuff ribs, has a waterproof shell and breatheable fabrics. I know that a lot of people might opt for the Canada Goose jacket, but this Community jacket not only provides the same qualities as the Canada Goose, but it also gives a feminine definition along the waistline that I really like. It also comes in three colours which are black, dark bluish-grey and army green which is what I have.
And what can I say about these Laurentian Chiefs...it's like walking on warm clouds! I am not a fan of Uggs so these were the perfect choice for me.
Merry Christmas!
I thought I would share my parents' loft where I spent Christmas with them. It may look gloomy, but the atmosphere was definitely beautiful! My parents have always been into interior decorating and this is just a glimpse of their chic loft.
Isn't my mom's Christmas tree so pretty?
Christmas Eve
American Apparel shirt | Zara cardigan | Forever 21 pants and booties
I had a great Christmas Eve with my family including my boyfriend. Our family tradition was to open presents on Christmas Eve, preferably when it strikes 12:00 for Christmas, but we always seem to do it around eleven since we could never wait to see what we all got - and did I get great gifts this year!
But we all know that Christmas is not about the presents or the food, but being with the ones we love. I have made it a point to always be with my family every Christmas no matter how far we are from each other - I will spend thousands of dollars on a plane ticket just to be with them this time of year.
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas with your loved ones!

I Want - Neutrals
I picked these items, because I know that if these were worn exlcusively, each of these will definitely be the focal point of an ensemble. You can never go wrong with neutral pieces in clothing and accesories, but the ones with more of an edge will definitely get you noticed.
1. Phillip Lim pullover | 2. Zara City bag | 3. Giuseppe Zanotti Savana booties |
4. Acne skirt | 5. Ray-Ban Black Club Master sunnies | 6. House of Harlow bangle

Just In Time for the Holidays
American Apparel velvet bodysuit | Zara skirt sweater and clutch | Mimosa suede platforms |MK watch
Christmas is just around the corner and I am definitely filled with love and happiness. My boyfriend's mom and her fiance tied the knot on this day and I decided to wear something more festive and this skirt from Zara did just that! The wedding was definitely special and it was a great start to this season. It might not have been the best weather for the occasion, but that did not stop any of us from having a wonderful day.
I am looking forward to being really consistent with my posts (getting a new camera!) from here on out so make sure to stick around. 2010 has been a very busy year filled with challenges and I am now really looking forward to the New Year as I have some big goals I'd like to accomplish!
